All Rounder wines by York Winery

In a smart move to capitalize on the potential growth in the mid segment of Indian wine market, Nashik-based York Winey has launched its most reasonably priced latest releases, All Rounder Red & All Rounder White.

Commenting on the new release, Kailash Gurnani, Chief Wine Maker, York Winery said, “For a while we’ve had the desire to do something around sport and given that we are a cricket crazy nation, it had to be it.”

Ravi Gurnani, Managing Director of York Winery said that the company needed something that looked retro & cool, something that wasn’t loud or tacky, something non-traditional, atypical of wine (specifically Indian wine!) and very much in line with new world wine label design.

“Believe it or not, matching colours with the Indian cricket team was more of a coincidence. But how could we have it any other way,” he said.

These wines are everyday, anytime wines – being simple, honest, light, fruity, all round wine. Both the red & white are dry (yes, DRY) wines tailored to suit the novice wine drinker & Indian food.

Both the Red & White wines are priced at Rs. 500 in Maharashtra.
